Associate – Level 2 (Data)

• Location: Gurugram, India (Hybrid model; preferred candidates from Delhi-NCR region)

About the Role:
As an Associate L2 Data Engineer, you will analyze business data, develop dashboards and reports, ensure high data quality standards, and work with Oracle databases and Data Warehouse solutions to deliver actionable insights for organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and database objects within Oracle environments.
• Build and support Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions and robust data integration processes.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to drive business insights using tools like Oracle NetSuite.
• Perform advanced data modelling, logical/physical design, and schema optimization for scalability.
• Ensure strict adherence to data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple diverse sources.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
• Document all data pipelines, workflows, and technical processes for knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Core Proficiency: Oracle Database administration, advanced SQL (query writing & optimization), Data Warehouse concepts, ETL methodologies, Oracle NetSuite integration.
• Data Modeling: Expertise in data modelling techniques and database design principles.
• Vizualization: Experience developing dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Python for automation, scripting, and advanced analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of data governance principles and large dataset management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, BCA/MCA, or a related discipline.

Experience Required:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence (BI), Database Development, or Data Warehousing within Oracle ecosystems.
