Capgemini is seeking an experienced Optimizely Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing advanced digital solutions leveraging the Optimizely Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Experience Platform (DXP). You will collaborate closely with a dynamic cross-functional team, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA specialists, to create scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust Optimizely CMS and Optimizely DXP solutions, encompassing custom templates, reusable blocks, components, and seamless integrations.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices and Optimizely development standards.
• Integrate third-party systems such as CRM, analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and custom APIs to enhance digital capabilities.
• Contribute technical expertise to solution architecture discussions, focusing on improving system performance, stability, and scalability.
• Enhance existing Optimizely solutions by implementing new features, optimizing content workflows, and elevating digital experience capabilities.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to the CMS, infrastructure, application performance, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical designs and solutions.
• Partner with DevOps and Cloud teams to support Optimizely DXP deployments, manage environments, and implement best practices.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, conduct thorough code reviews, and actively participate in agile development processes.

Top Technical Skills Required:

• Optimizely CMS / Optimizely DXP (Episerver): Proven experience in developing templates, blocks, properties, workflows, personalization features, and content delivery APIs.
• C# and ASP.NET Core / MVC: Strong backend development experience for building scalable web applications and integrations.
• Front-end Technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular): Ability to create responsive, high-quality UI components within Optimizely solutions.
• RESTful APIs & System Integrations: Expertise in integrating external systems, building custom APIs, and working with authentication standards like OAuth.
• Azure Cloud / DevOps & Optimizely Deployment Workflows: Understanding of Optimizely DXP environments, cloud hosting, release pipelines, and performance optimization strategies.
