Join Vistra, a dynamic global organization committed to progress. We are seeking an Operations Technology (Enate) Support Analyst for a full-time, permanent, and remote position based in India, offering global coverage.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality, responsive support to users of our global workflow management system, Enate. You will utilize knowledge-based tools to diagnose, research, and resolve application issues, documenting all activities in our incident tracking system. This position is integral to Vistra's expanding Enate Centre of Excellence.

The Operations Technology team oversees key Service Delivery applications for Corporate & Fund Services, including Entity Management, Document Management Systems, Client KYC, Regulatory Filings, Client Accounting, Payments, and productivity applications like Workflow Management. We translate business requirements into actionable application strategies, manage deployments, and implement enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate support to users via Enate and ServiceDesk Plus ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Enate and other supported applications through phone and web sessions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Enate platform, its configuration, integrations, and features.
  • Provide proactive support for Enate workflows, encompassing email triage, process orchestration, and case management.
  • Acquire proficiency in all applications supported by the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues, escalate as needed, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge articles in Enate and ServiceDesk Plus.
  • Participate in testing new Enate features and configurations.
  • Act as an Enate platform champion, ensuring deep understanding and promoting best practices.
  • Share knowledge and onboard new team members regarding Enate updates, upgrades, and best practices.
  • Uphold Vistra's values, promoting professionalism and teamwork.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2.53 years of experience in Application Support, ideally with workflow tools or process orchestration platforms.
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools; Enate experience is highly advantageous.
  • Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and testing web and on-premise applications.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems for request logging.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Enthusiasm and high professional integrity.
  • A key contributor to team success.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/O365.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
