Operations Specialist

Cialfo is seeking an Operations Specialist in Noida, India, to support our Direct Apply function and connect students with their dream colleges. This global role involves managing the backend operations of student applications originating from Cialfo schools across various regions, requiring strong organizational skills and a passion for assisting students with their academic aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, assess, and accurately enter application information into relevant university portals.
• Ensure timely submission of all applications, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with 100% accuracy.
• Review student tasks and requirements, coordinating with the team to obtain necessary documentation from students.
• Maintain up-to-date student platform records with relevant results and status information.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the Operations team.
• Generate reports on application, offer, and acceptance data by region to aid internal teams in prioritizing follow-up activities.
• Resolve errors and issues related to document processing through effective internal stakeholder management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in application or admissions-related processes.
• Client-facing experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of UK applications via UCAS is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of university academic programs and admissions procedures.

Skills and Attributes:
