Operations Software Engineer

About The Role
The Operations Software Engineer builds, enhances, and maintains business applications while configuring custom code to support company needs through a standard SDLC. You will ensure project deliverables meet quality targets and SLAs while adhering to GCP and global regulations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES – Function
• Application Development / Study Configuration:
- Collaborate with Global Project Management and Solutions teams to define business requirements.
- Develop, maintain application components, study configurations, and robust codebases following coding standards.
- Design and modify database objects; perform unit testing, documentation, and peer reviews.
- Diagnose defects across all verification phases using source control best practices.
- Coordinate with Delivery Managers on timelines and Software Engineering teams on design patterns.

• • Site Support Responsibilities (Rater Station Only):
  - Perform general site support for study configurations in the field.
  - Diagnose, resolve defects, and prepare change control documentation.

• • Quality System Responsibilities:
  - Execute all work per SOPs, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Essential Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages (C#, T-SQL preferred) and application configuration/support areas.

• • Specific to IRT and Rater Station products:
  - Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio IDE, ASP.NET MVC, C#, LINQ
  

Desirable Skills:
- Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Atlassian Suite (Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira).
- Azure, Cosmos DB, Kubernetes experience.
- Knowledge of GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
