About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Manual Testing Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure product quality through rigorous manual testing. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, careful monitoring of platform workflows, and thorough validation of web and mobile application features in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations:
• Manage day-to-day operational activities across the platform
• Monitor workflows, reports, uploads, and admin panel processes
• Maintain operational trackers, records, and status updates
• Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, and execution issues for improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
• Support content flow management and operational escalations
• Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks

Manual Testing Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive manual testing of web, Android, and iOS applications
• Validate new features, bug fixes, and release updates
• Prepare and execute test cases, scenarios, and checklists
• Identify, document, and report defects with clear reproduction steps
• Conduct regression, smoke, and sanity testing cycles
• Re-test resolved issues to confirm successful implementation
• Verify UI consistency, functionality, and end-to-end user flows

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of manual testing processes and defect reporting methodologies
• Familiarity with web and mobile application testing environments
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Capability to manage operational and testing responsibilities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, quality assurance (QA), or manual testing environments
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira and project management platforms like Trello
