Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Support Services within our Operations department. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of loan-related documentation and disbursements. Key responsibilities include pre-disbursement KYC checks, agreement book and RTO set verification, and handling post-disbursement document review for payout releases. You will also be responsible for verifying NACH documents and cheques, managing the operations team effectively, and ensuring efficient handling of high volumes, particularly during month-end closing periods. A strong understanding of retail asset operations and disbursement processes is essential for success in this position.
