Operations Lead

Livspace is seeking an Operations Lead in Ahmedabad, India, to oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through execution. This role requires taking complete ownership and responsibility for projects.

The Operations Lead will be responsible for client engagement, providing regular updates on project status, and ensuring clients are informed about all ongoing, upcoming, and completed activities. This includes coordinating with manpower agencies to ensure timely and efficient resource allocation.

Key responsibilities include fostering effective communication and teamwork among all project stakeholders. The role involves establishing and preparing formal progress reports, such as Weekly Progress Reports. You will also engage with and build professional relationships with design professionals, vendors, and clients, while simultaneously directing installation teams to execute work safely and in accordance with design plans.

Collaboration with respective functional teams is essential to maintain high standards of execution and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications and Expertise:

• B.Tech in Civil/Architecture from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
• Alternatively, B.Tech (Civil/Architecture) combined with an MBA from RICS or NICMAR.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in executing Corporate or Residential interior fit-out projects.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
• A solid understanding of basic project management principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities to effectively manage interactions with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial zeal and a strong sense of ownership.
