Operations Credit Analyst

Artech is seeking a Operations Credit Analyst to serve as a client-focused professional, providing ongoing operational support for credit card and loan programmes. This role involves Credit Decisioning, CRA integrations, and Collections, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients to resolve issues, configure systems, and deliver accurate, timely advice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in operational roles with hands-on credit programme exposure, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to work independently across time zones.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a client-centric support hub for credit card processing and technical queries.
• Managing client expectations, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
• Ensuring precise documentation of client requirements and configurations for internal teams.
• Building expertise in Credit Decisioning, CRA integrations, and Collections while staying updated on fintech trends.
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English.

• Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
