Full Job Description
Oakridge Energy, a leader in renewable energy solutions, is seeking an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Engineer for Solar Rooftops in Delhi, India. This permanent full-time position is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of solar rooftop plants to ensure optimal energy generation.
- Utilize string-level monitoring for precise fault identification and performance tracking.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar modules, inverters, and associated electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize plant downtime and ensure continuous operation.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on generation and plant performance.
- Coordinate with O&M partners across PAN India to facilitate smooth routine maintenance activities.
- Liaise with clients to ensure seamless and timely execution of maintenance services.
- Supervise the installation, dismantling, and reinstallation of solar systems as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance and maintain high site operational standards.
