About the Role
We are hiring an O&M Engineer to manage the operation and maintenance of solar power plants, maximizing plant performance while ensuring system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor plant performance through SCADA systems.
- Troubleshoot inverter and electrical faults effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections of solar assets.
- Prepare daily generation reports accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records.
- Coordinate with OEMs for technical support when needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures.
- Improve plant efficiency and uptime continuously.
- Support warranty claims and audits as required.
