Operations Analyst

athenahealth is seeking a motivated Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team in Chennai, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in resolving claims and managing tasks associated with US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The Team:
The operations team at athenahealth is responsible for critical aspects of our workflows, driving key initiatives within athenaClinicals and athenaCollector. We collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders, leveraging the power of the athenaNet platform to enhance our products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities within the healthcare RCM domain to achieve desired output.
• Maintain high standards of service quality according to standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous performance improvement.
• Accurately document and maintain logs detailing performed tasks.

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in Posting, Remittance tracking, knowledge of Remit records, Revenue Cycle Management, and Denial Management is advantageous.
