Full Job Description
QCS Dc Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled OpenShift Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience to design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable Kubernetes clusters using OpenShift.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable and secure Kubernetes clusters using OpenShift.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application deployment on OpenShift clusters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to OpenShift cluster operation.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline OpenShift cluster management.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards for OpenShift clusters.
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support of production environments.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, including pods, services, routes, secrets, and storage.
- Experience with OpenShift Certified Administrator (OCA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
