Open RAN Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ORAN C&I Support Engineer to join our Noida-based team. This role is critical for managing the commissioning, integration, and ongoing support of Open RAN deployments across GSM, 4G/LTE, and 5G networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end commissioning and integration activities for ORAN network components.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in multi-vendor telecom environments (GSM, LTE, NR).
• Maintain high service availability by monitoring performance metrics and resolving alarms efficiently.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ORAN installations, including configuration and maintenance tasks.
• Leverage cloud-native technologies to optimize network operations using Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and OpenStack.
• Analyze KPIs, logs, and system data to proactively identify and resolve degradation points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployment strategies, testing protocols, and issue resolution workflows.
• Implement software upgrades, security patches, and necessary configuration changes in a production environment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
