Job Summary: Matrix Marketers, a rapidly expanding company based in Chandigarh, is seeking a skilled and adaptable Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to drive growth opportunities within existing and new IT markets. We are looking for a proactive individual to contribute to our success in the competitive IT services sector.
Key Qualities We Seek:
- Proven experience in online bidding platforms.
- Familiarity with popular online portals such as Upwork.
- Demonstrated experience in effective proposal writing.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients via email, chat, audio, and video calls (including Skype).
- Excellent sales expertise, particularly for IT services including Digital Marketing, SEO, and online branding projects.
- Solid experience in effort estimation, client follow-up, and proposal development.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- A willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify profitable business opportunities through meticulous analysis of potential profit margins, project timelines, and competitive landscapes.
- Spearhead business generation efforts through online bidding portals, with a primary focus on platforms like Upwork.
- Actively bid on and secure projects within the Digital Marketing, SEO, and online branding domains.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation plan to sustain business pipeline.
- Generate new leads and directly contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Create and meticulously maintain a database of prospective clients and their relevant information.
- Manage all aspects of project costing, client negotiations, follow-up processes, and requirement gathering.
- Research and report on emerging market trends, competitor activities, customer demand patterns, evolving buying processes, and other pertinent market intelligence.
