About The Role
Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India (Hybrid: Min. 3 Days Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Enablement Engineer to join the IMEA Quotient Inside Team at Oliver Wyman's Gurugram office.
Role Overview
The AI Product Enablement Engineer is a key contributor to our Centre of Excellence for Quotient Inside. You will support structured experimentation, prompt engineering, and workflow testing to scale responsible AI adoption across the firm. This hands-on role emphasizes technical fluency, reliable execution, and knowledge sharing within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching & Community: Support office hours, translate user inquiries into structured prompts or backlog items for Product Strategy, and guide colleagues on resources.
- Experimentation: Execute prompt testing/refinement across AI use cases; configure/test custom GPTs/assistants; validate output safety and usability.
- Documentation: Build living exemplars, maintain prompt libraries, document reusable formats for tested use cases, and contribute to training materials.
- Prototyping: Assist in lightweight workflow prototyping under guidance, identify technical constraints, and assess tool feasibility.
- Feedback Loops: Track usage patterns, share observations with leads, and provide input on enablement documentation decks.
Experience & Skills
We look for 2–5 years of experience in analytics or technology-adjacent roles. You should be curious, detail-oriented, comfortable operating within defined processes, and possess a strong learning orientation regarding AI tools (LLMs, Prompt Engineering). Excellent written communication is essential.
