We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the adoption of strategic technical products like GitHub Copilot and GitHub Enterprise, alongside internal tools such as Lightspeed and Release on Demand. Your role will involve promoting best practices in version control, testing automation, and CI/CD pipelines by guiding and mentoring developers. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of DORA productivity metrics implementation. Collaboration with team members to enhance processes and automation is key. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues within CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

This position requires 4-8 years of experience in DevOps engineering, software development and delivery, and technology adoption. Proficiency is expected in tools and platforms including Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, Kubernetes, Tekton, and OpenShift. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential. Familiarity with GenAI developer-assistance tools like GitHub Copilot and GitHub Copilot Chat is required. A strong understanding of software delivery best practices and Agile methodologies, coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, is necessary.

Experience with test automation, including unit test automation, is considered a plus. Relevant certifications in DevOps or related fields are also advantageous. The ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically distributed team environment is crucial.
