Harvard Resource Solutions LLC is seeking a dynamic Office Manager/Bookkeeper for our client located in Oakland County, Michigan. This hybrid role offers a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility, supporting a high-net-worth individual or family office. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous professional adept at managing diverse administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities. Key duties include overseeing bill payments across multiple entities, managing vendor relationships, coordinating memberships and subscriptions, maintaining organized financial records, and preparing essential financial reports. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive financial information. The role demands a proactive approach to anticipating needs and ensuring seamless service continuity, regardless of work location. A commitment to on-site presence three days a week (typically Tuesday-Thursday) is essential for managing physical mail, banking, and collaborative tasks. Remote work (up to two days per week) is supported with strict guidelines on secure connectivity and virtual presence during core business hours.
