Office IT Solution Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking an Office IT Solution Advisor for our Washington, DC office. This position delivers end-to-end technology support and advisory services, ensuring operational excellence with concierge-grade customer experiences. You will serve as a trusted advisor to colleagues in both Tampa (primary focus) and Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide walk-in IT Bar support during core hours for urgent workplace technology needs.
• Perform real-time incident triage locally or escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Proactively monitor office technology health to prevent productivity disruptions.
• Support account provisioning, access management, and new-hire onboarding (including Jamf/Windows enrollment).
• Manage conference room AV equipment, Zoom/Teams readiness, and live meeting support events across locations including Tampa, Miami, Miramar, Tallahassee, and Washington DC.
  

Technical Requirements

You must have 3+ years of experience in corporate IT support or professional services environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows/macOS, M365, Zoom, Teams, mobile devices, AV technologies, Jamf, and ServiceNow is essential.
