NX CAM Programmer

This critical role involves the development and maintenance of complex CNC programs for high-precision aerospace components. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with manufacturing personnel to guarantee program accuracy, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement cutting-edge process enhancements. Responsibilities include developing and updating 3-4-5 axis CNC programs from various input formats (drawings, solid models, IGES), working with tooling representatives to integrate the latest technologies, utilizing statistical methods to resolve machining challenges, and ensuring best practices are shared among the programming staff. You will also be involved in testing NX software updates, collaborating with management and CI staff to achieve departmental quality and efficiency goals, and interfacing with engineering teams and customers to address process-related issues.
