Node.js Backend Developer - IT Path Solutions, Ahmedabad

IT Path Solutions is seeking a skilled Node.js Backend Developer to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This full-time, in-person role requires a strong understanding of modern backend development practices and a proven ability to build scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs.
• Work with modern backend frameworks, preferably NestJS.
• Utilize ORMs such as Prisma for database interactions.
• Implement caching strategies with Redis and leverage message brokers like Kafka.
• Manage background job processing using tools like BullMQ.
• Ensure API security, implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth), and handle rate limiting.
• Design and build highly scalable and performant systems, understanding horizontal and vertical scaling.
• Apply system design principles, architecture patterns, and performance tuning techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Node.js.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with NestJS or similar modern backend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Prisma or other ORMs.
• Experience with Redis for caching and pub/sub.
• Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka.
• Experience with background job processing tools such as BullMQ.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, authentication/authorization, API security, rate limiting, and data protection.
• Proven experience in designing and building highly scalable systems.
• Solid understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and performance tuning.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹70,000 - ₹75,000 per month.
• Flexible schedule.
