Role Overview:

We are seeking Virtual Insurance Partners for our Digital Banca team. Your role will focus on outbound calling, uncovering customer needs, and promoting tailored insurance solutions. We need a driven individual with passion for sales and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound calls to potential customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Create market awareness and generate interest in our product portfolio.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within the customer's family network.
• Address customer queries with accuracy and professionalism over the phone.
• Maintain daily sales reports for review by Team Leaders/Managers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.

Performance Metrics:

• Productivity: Volume of calls, conversations, and follow-ups completed.
• Efficacy: Quality of interactions leading to successful lead conversions.
• Revenue Generation: Total policy sales and financial contribution to the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Graduate) or higher.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience, preferably in telesales or general sales roles. Sales experience is mandatory for this position.

Skill Requirements:

• Proven track record in selling and generating new business.
• High energy levels with a commitment to meeting daily targets.
• Fluent proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi (spoken/written), and English (written/spoken).
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask while managing customer expectations professionally.
