Role: Nexthink Engineer

• Experience Range: 7 to 15 Years
  Location: Chennai, Noida (India)

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Nexthink Platform Management: Ensure optimal performance and integration with enterprise systems. Manage upgrades, patches, version enhancements, role-based access, data sources, and connectors per compliance policies.
2. Dashboard & Visualization Design: Develop custom dashboards for operational KPIs and user experience goals (DEX health, device stability). Automate recurring reports on performance trends for IT, HR, and business stakeholders.
3. Use Case Development: Implement OOTB and custom use cases monitoring metrics like login time, application crashes, network latency. Develop scripts/remote actions to automate issue detection via ServiceNow or Power Automate.
4. Experience Monitoring & Incident Prevention: Continuously monitor user experience scores and device health. Detect anomalies, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), identify performance bottlenecks from OS updates/conflicts, and drive resolution plans.
5. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with Service Desk/Workplace Engineering teams to correlate insights. Present findings in governance meetings and maintain SOPs/training content for Nexthink operations.

Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate new modules, drive AI-based analytics innovation, predict experience degradation, and contribute to the Digital Experience Strategy by identifying emerging trends.
