Capgemini is seeking a skilled Nexthink Architect to join their team in Mumbai, Pune, or Bengaluru. This role is crucial for driving digital workplace and experience management initiatives.

Your Role

• Take ownership and govern the entire Experience Management process, ensuring it aligns with the client's technology stack and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).
• Administer and optimize Digital Employee Experience (DEM) tools, specifically SysTrack and Nexthink, for proactive monitoring and insightful analysis.
• Design and maintain a scalable data architecture, encompassing ELT pipelines and API integrations across various enterprise systems.
• Drive automation and digital transformation through advanced scripting languages like PowerShell and Python, and by developing self-healing workflows.
• Define and implement strategies for enhancing employee experience, collaborating with stakeholders to foster innovation and ensure scalability.
• Lead XMO (Experience Management Operations) activities, ensuring effective collaboration, structured documentation, and knowledge transfer for sustained success.

Your Profile

• Possess strong expertise in the administration, reporting, and automation capabilities of SysTrack and Nexthink.
• Demonstrate proven experience in designing complex solution architectures for digital workplaces and employee experience management.
• Be proficient in PowerShell, Python, SQL, and managing ELT pipelines, with experience in tools like Azure Data Factory or similar.
• Have hands-on knowledge of data modeling and working with enterprise databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, and NoSQL.
• Exhibit skills in API design (REST/SOAP), integrating enterprise systems, and familiarity with ITSM/BI tools like Power BI.
• Possess the ability to drive digital transformation strategies, engage effectively with stakeholders, and govern experience initiatives.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT. Certifications such as ITIL, Azure Data Engineer/Architect, or Nexthink/SysTrack certifications are preferred.
