About The Role

We are hiring a Tech Principal for our AI Center of Excellence to work directly with the VP of Technology. This role shapes what we build, sets standards for fullstack development and agentic engineering, and ensures high-quality delivery across all AI engagements.

Your Mission

• Solution Shaping: Transform ambiguous client problems into concrete problem statements, solution architectures, user journeys, and working prototypes. Reframe challenges to earn the right to propose solutions.
• Engineering Excellence: Define and raise AI-native standards across development, QA, DevSecOps, and data engineering using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, agents, and modern TypeScript/Python.
• Delivery Governance: Steer projects, define quality gates (security, reliability, cost), unblock teams directly in the codebase, and align client enterprise architecture with delivery needs.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years building LLM-powered agentic applications end-to-end.
• Consulting background shaping engagements from ambiguous conversations to commercial narratives.
• Hands-on expertise in RAG pipelines, prompt/context engineering, LangGraph/AutoGen agents, and cloud-native architecture on AWS (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Mastery of AI-assisted development tools with demonstrable workflows and templates.
• Credible fluency in QA automation, DevSecOps, data engineering, and enterprise governance frameworks like EU AI Act readiness.
