About the Role

We are hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who treat AI as the substrate of how software gets built. You will sit close to clients and product leaders, reframe vague problems into concrete solutions, and ship working software end-to-end without waiting for a refined backlog or separate platform teams.

Your Mission

• Problem Discovery: Sit with business/clinical leaders to reframe ideas. Build prototypes by the end of conversations and demos live without slide decks.
• Build Fast with AI: Use AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor) fluently. Produce modular backends in Python or TypeScript following clean architecture, OOP, SOLID, and domain-driven design.
• Create Agentic Applications: Architect production-grade agentic apps using LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom orchestration layers integrating frontier LLMs with tools via MCP.
• RAG & Data Engineering: Apply RAG techniques with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma) and hybrid retrieval. Work across various data stores and event-driven patterns.
• Productionization: Spin up infrastructure on AWS/Azure/Cloudflare/Vercel using Docker/Kubernetes. Treat evals as first-class discipline. Implement TDD, secrets management, SAST/DAST, and automated CI/CD.

What You Bring

3+ years building production applications with AI/agentic approaches (LangGraph, AutoGen). Hands-on experience wiring tools to models for multi-step workflows. Strong Python or TypeScript skills with OOP/SOLID principles. Experience with vector databases and retrieval pipelines. Cloud-native deployment expertise. A no-compromise attitude on clean code, security, observability, and scalability.

What We Offer

• A people-first culture with supportive peers and a strong sense of belonging.
• Purposeful collaboration to create technologies solving meaningful business challenges.
• Balanced lifestyle respecting your time for work-life integration.
• Room to grow through learning, leadership, and career development opportunities.
• Making measurable difference in people's lives within a Great Place to Work certified environment.
