Join EY's Assurance team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, as a Senior Digital professional. In this core full-time AI developer role, you will be instrumental in implementing innovative AI research to develop high-growth, impactful products for EY GDS Assurance Digital. You will support EY's sector and service line professionals by creating analytics-enabled solutions and integrating data science with business insights to drive value for global clients. Your expertise will be crucial in steering our Innovation agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform business challenges into analytical problems and define solution approaches.
• Clean, aggregate, analyze, and interpret data to extract meaningful business insights.
• Manage the end-to-end AI/ML implementation lifecycle: model design, feature planning, testing, production setup, monitoring, and release management.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to deploy AI Proofs of Concept (POCs) and scale them into production-level applications.
• Develop and implement data extraction techniques for complex documents (PDF, Word) to identify entities, tables, and compare information.
• Utilize solid Python skills and deploy open-source models.

Key Requirements and Skills:

• Academic excellence with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operational Research, or a related field, with a strong foundation in modern data architectures and environments.
• Proficiency in Python with excellent coding capabilities.
• Minimum of 4 years of core data science experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Machine Learning (Regression, Classification, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Time Series Forecasting, Clustering).
• Deep understanding and application of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI models (ChatGPT, GPT-4), and frameworks like LangChain and Llama Index.
• Familiarity with open-source LLM frameworks (Mistral, Llama) and fine-tuning on custom datasets.
• Deep Learning (DNN, RNN, LSTM, Encoder-Decoder Models).
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Text Summarization, Aspect Mining, Question Answering, Text Classification, Named Entity Recognition (NER), Language Translation, Natural Language Generation (NLG), Sentiment Analysis, Sentence Embeddings.
• Computer Vision: Image Classification, Object Detection, Tracking.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and their manipulation.
• Working knowledge of API deployment (Flask/FastAPI/Azure Function Apps), web application creation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
