Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Neural System and Intelligence Developer based in Pune City. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize neural architectures to power our educational AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable AI solutions that translate learning requirements into intelligent systems.
• Experiment with new algorithms, implement data preprocessing pipelines, train models, and monitor system performance.
• Collaborate closely with educators, product managers, and data teams to enhance learner experience and personalization features.
• Conduct code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and document technical designs for reproducible workflows.

Qualifications:

• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python (and optionally C++/Java), with experience using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• DML & Algorithms: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices including Git version control.
• Data Skills: Experience in processing large datasets, feature engineering, and evaluating AI/ML models using appropriate metrics.
• Domain Knowledge: Applied experience in NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or generative AI is highly beneficial.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
