Network Security Engineer L1

This role focuses on Secure Service Edge (SSE), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Identity Management, and Extended Detection and Response (XDR).

As a Cyber Security Engineer L1, you will be responsible for managing security architectures, operating and maintaining security tools (including XDR and SOC environments), monitoring and responding to security incidents, conducting vulnerability assessments, and collaborating with IT teams to integrate security measures.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, 1-4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of networking protocols, encryption, and security vulnerabilities. Proficiency in incident handling, malware analysis, and forensic approaches is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with network routing, switching, firewalls, and proxy servers is preferred.
