Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Network & Services Operation Analyst to manage the complete Order to Activate lifecycle for telecom services, focusing on achieving fast and accurate service activations.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in telecom products such as MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice, and Wireless.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals including IP, VLANs, Routing, and Bandwidth.
• Experience with Order Management & Provisioning tools like Amdocs, Netcracker, or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Order Management.
• Exposure to inventory systems.
• Knowledge of activation workflows.
• Basic network configuration understanding (read-level).
• Strong Excel and data validation skills.
• Experience with L2/L3 Troubleshooting, L1 Troubleshooting, Ticketing, and general Troubleshooting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end order activation process.
• Validate the technical and commercial feasibility of service orders.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Network, Field Operations, and Vendor teams.
• Configure services using provisioning tools.
• Track and resolve order fallouts to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure billing readiness and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
