Network Engineer

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our team in Sanand, Ahmedabad. This permanent role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BE/B Tech, BSC IT, or a related field, with a mandatory CCNA certification. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration, preferably with Cisco, HP, or Juniper switches, routers, and enterprise telephony. Strong fundamental knowledge of networking concepts, proven network engineering, operations, and performance analysis skills are essential. You should have hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with computing infrastructures and network management/monitoring tools. Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively support both technical and non-technical users.

Key responsibilities include assisting in network design and implementation, providing network support across all locations, installing and configuring network (wired and wireless) and telecom (PBX/CUCM) equipment. You will also coordinate with vendors, partners, service providers, and stakeholders, deploy security improvements and system upgrades, monitor network performance, and create/maintain network users and permissions. The role involves supporting users and infrastructure to minimize impact and creating technical support documentation.
