Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with proven experience in identifying underperforming sites and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The ideal candidate will be adept at KPI root cause analysis demonstrations for clients. Strong fundamentals in 4G and 5G RF technologies, particularly KPI Optimization, are essential. This role requires knowledge of automation User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data analytics using Power BI. Excellent communication skills are necessary for delivering Key Success Stories (KSS), best practices, and demonstrations to both internal and external stakeholders. Experience processing 4G/5G drive test logs and performing layer 3 analysis is a must. Familiarity with tools such as EPP, ENM, S-CRT, ISF BOTs, and Power BI is required. A solid understanding of 4G/5G architecture and NR call flow is also necessary.
