Flair Network Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and skilled Network Engineer with 12 years of hands-on experience in network installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support. This full-time, on-site role in Pune, India, offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Networking / Service Delivery department. You will report to a Senior Network Engineer or Project Manager.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be instrumental in deploying network solutions, ensuring the stability of our clients' infrastructure, and providing essential L1/L2 technical support across diverse client environments. Your expertise will be key to maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of network devices including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for a wide range of network issues, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Conduct regular network monitoring, health checks, and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of network changes, upgrades, and new deployments.
• Effectively resolve connectivity issues and perform thorough root cause analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including configurations, network diagrams, and incident logs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support on-site visits, conduct network surveys, and perform client network assessments.
• Ensure security compliance through timely firmware updates and patching of network devices.
• Respond to support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uphold high-quality service delivery standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant networking experience in support or implementation roles.
• A strong foundational understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching principles.
• Hands-on experience with network devices from vendors such as Cisco, HP, MikroTik, or Fortinet.
• Familiarity with Wi-Fi controllers, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools like PRTG or SolarWinds is considered an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+ are preferred.
