About the Role

This role focuses on designing, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure that supports seamless communication for high-growth startups and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructure across remote environments in India.
• Monitor network performance proactively to ensure system stability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues involving routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Configure and secure network devices (Cisco/Huawei/etc.) including ACLs and routing protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on integrations and system migrations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, topology maps, and change logs.
• Continuously optimize network efficiency using modern monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG).

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: 4–8 years in network engineering or infrastructure management.
• Protocols: Strong command of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, and VPN technologies (IPSec/OpenVPN).
• Hardware: Hands-on experience configuring enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Troubleshooting: Proficiency with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
• Security: Solid understanding of network security principles, zero-trust architectures, and threat mitigation.
• Certifications: CCNA or CCNP is preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently in a fully remote setting within India.
