Network Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support for network infrastructure, encompassing troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and WiFi connectivity.
• Actively participate in configuring new network devices and ensure their seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify the root causes of recurring network problems and implement robust solutions.
• Perform essential routine maintenance tasks, including firmware updates, data backups, and continuous system monitoring.
• Offer dedicated desktop support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related challenges efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-3 years of experience in networking or a related technical field. A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree is preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing and managing tasks.
• Be willing to travel across India as required for the role.
