Network Engineer

Required Skills and Technologies:

Must-Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering within medium to large enterprise environments.
• In-depth understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Proven experience with enterprise-grade networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or equivalents.
• Proficiency in utilizing network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, Netflow, Prime, Catalyst Center, vManage for Cisco Viptela SDWAN).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for complex network issues.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages like Python and Ansible.
• Familiarity with Solarwinds monitoring solutions.
• Knowledge of Netflow analysis.
• Experience with Fortinet security products (Fortigate, FortiManager, FortiAuthenticator, FortiAnalyzer).
• Understanding of MPLS/VPLS technologies.
• Experience with Cellular Gateways/Technology (e.g., OpenGear, Cradlepoint).
