Responsibilities:

• Deliver essential technical support for our network infrastructure, adeptly troubleshooting and resolving issues concerning LAN, WAN, and WiFi connectivity.
• Actively participate in configuring new network devices and ensure their smooth integration with our existing systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to pinpoint the root causes of recurring network problems and implement robust solutions.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks, including firmware updates, data backups, and continuous system monitoring, to ensure optimal network performance.
• Provide responsive desktop support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related challenges promptly.

Candidate Profile:

• Possess 1-3 years of hands-on experience in networking or a closely related field. A B.Tech/B.E. degree is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
• Be willing and able to travel across India as required by business needs.

Job Type: Walk-in Job

Salary: INR 150,000 - 200,000 per annum
