We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a work-from-office position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful deployment of network elements for our global clientele at their respective sites. This involves meticulously planning network solutions tailored to meet diverse global customer requirements.

Your primary duties will include resolving complex Layer 2 (L2) support calls that extend beyond basic connectivity issues. You will provide critical technical assistance, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and optimize application performance. A key aspect of this role is analyzing customer-reported issues and proposing effective modifications to enhance service quality.

Furthermore, you will play a vital role in improving the overall quality of L2/L3 call resolutions for our international customers by conducting random checks and audits. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the overall technical experience of our users, ensuring they receive equitable and reliable services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy network elements for global customers at client sites.
• Plan network solutions based on global customer requirements.
• Resolve L2 support calls beyond pure connectivity.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and application fine-tuning.
• Analyze customer issues and suggest further modifications.
• Improve L2/L3 call resolution quality for international customers through audits.
• Enhance user technical experience and ensure equitable, reliable services.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in routing and switching technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and VMware is preferred.
• Openness to international travel for client site visits.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCNA, Linux, and Virtualization certifications are a plus.
