Pulse Telesystems is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer with at least one year of experience in the telecom sector. This role is crucial for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our telecom network systems to ensure continuous and reliable service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, be adaptable to rotational shifts, fluent in Hindi, and own a personal bike for essential field visits and on-site support. Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain telecom network equipment and infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance to ensure maximum uptime and service reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve network faults, outages, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Collaborate with field teams and external vendors for effective issue resolution.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure network stability.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate network operations documentation and prepare activity reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecom networking.
- Solid understanding of routing, switching, LAN/WAN, and IP networking concepts.
- Familiarity with telecom equipment and fiber network infrastructure is preferred.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Must possess a personal bike for field support duties.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of network monitoring tools.
- Understanding of telecom infrastructure and ISP operations.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
