Network Engineer Role in Renewable Energy

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking a skilled Network Engineer for a full-time position in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role is within the dynamic renewable energy industry and requires a commitment of 6 working days per week.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Network Engineer with robust practical experience in key areas such as VLAN configuration, Access Control List (ACL) setup, firewall management, and comprehensive network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen and hands-on experience in network monitoring and traffic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• VLAN Configuration & ACL Setup: Proficient in configuring VLANs and implementing Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Firewall Management: Experience in firewall registration, configuration, and basic policy creation/management.
• Network Monitoring & Analysis: Skilled in using Wireshark for packet capture and analysis, monitoring switch traffic, and performing bandwidth analysis for network optimization.
• Network Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot ring network topology and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
• Required experience: 2 to 6 years.
