Job Summary

This role is responsible for the planning and design of internal communication networks. A key aspect involves testing and certifying new hardware, configurations, and services before their deployment to the Company Network. This position operates with moderate guidance within its specific area of expertise.

Core Responsibilities

• Extensive experience with Nokia core network environments, including configuration and troubleshooting of HLR/HSS, STP, DRA, and EPC components.
• Strong understanding of roaming architecture, protocols (MAP, Diameter, GTP), and GSMA standards (IR.21, IR.85, IR.88).
• Manage end-to-end IREG testing and the onboarding of new roaming partners, coordinating efforts with MNOs and third-party vendors.
• Proven expertise in configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet - desirable).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, Ansible, Bash) for network orchestration and monitoring - desirable.
• Experience with SNMP-based monitoring platforms and performance analytics tools.
• Familiarity with 5G architecture, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IMS core components - strong knowledge required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex network issues across multi-vendor environments.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience presenting to senior leadership and external partners.
• Capacity to lead cross-functional projects and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or Nokia NRS II are highly desirable.
