Network Design Engineer - HBL ENGINEERING LIMITED - Hyderabad

HBL ENGINEERING LIMITED is seeking a skilled Network Design Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for developing and documenting robust network designs and solutions for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate technical project requirements into comprehensive network designs and solutions.
• Prepare essential project documentation, including technical manuals, inspection reports, ISO documents, and maintenance guides.
• Maintain and update all network design-related documentation, coordinating with branch and application engineers.
• Assist in the creation of engineering drawings using AutoCAD, including High-Level Diagrams (HLDs) and Low-Level Diagrams (LLDs).
• Ensure compliance with ISO, Safety, SIL, and RDSO standards to meet project requirements.
• Conduct site surveys, product inspections, and audits as needed, and support Installation & Commissioning (I&C) works.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical requirements and excel in supporting documentation tasks.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and email, with experience in ISO audits and customer interactions.
• Understand system hardware and software installation, including networking for LAN/WAN, modem/LAN extender connectivity, and Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and railway signaling network equipment and their functionalities.
• Willingness to travel and be stationed at project sites anywhere in India.
• Must be healthy, confident, and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Languages: Fluency in spoken and written Hindi and English is essential.
• Demonstrate excellent mail communication skills and proficiency in preparing technical documents aligned with project needs.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for engineering drawings, and computer hardware/software installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of modems, switches, firewalls, servers, workstations, and their respective connectivity.
• Familiarity with railway networking, including OFC works, STM, IP MPLS, Data Loggers, and EI connectivity, along with their operational functions.
• Qualification: Diploma or B-Tech in a Network or Electronics background.
