Network Administrator - Sidhhanth AIU Pvt. Ltd. - Noida Sector 63

Sidhhanth AIU Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic software product company located in Noida Sector 63, is seeking a skilled and proactive Network Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This is a full-time, work-from-office position, operating 6 days a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient network operations to support our software development and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain essential network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Actively monitor network performance, diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks for seamless connectivity.
• Implement and rigorously maintain robust network security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus solutions, and access controls.
• Conduct regular network monitoring, perform necessary backups, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve network and connectivity challenges.
• Provide support for server and system administration tasks as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to company IT policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols, and switching concepts.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and various network security tools.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments and basic system administration principles.
• Proficiency in using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in a software product or IT services company environment.
• Knowledge of cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a significant plus.
