About The Role

A NetSuite Developer plays a central role in architecting, customizing, and extending our ERP ecosystem to support a fast-growing software organization. In this role, you'll design and build scalable SuiteScript solutions, enhance system integrations, and translate complex business requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code. You'll collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure NetSuite evolves alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain NetSuite customizations, including SuiteScripts, workflows, and Suitelets.
• Customize forms, fields, records, and UI components to support evolving business processes.
• Implement automation that reduces manual work and improves data accuracy across the organization.
• Partner with IT leadership to define development standards, coding best practices, and long-term architectural strategy.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions.
• Optimize existing customizations for current and future business needs.
• Support sandbox refreshes, release cycles, regression testing, and ensure smooth deployments.
• Maintain clear documentation for scripts, integrations, and system configurations.
• Evaluate new NetSuite features and recommend enhancements that improve performance and scalability.
