.NET + MERN Stack

Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead / Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both the .NET ecosystem (C#, PostgreSQL) and the MERN stack (Node.js, React.js, TypeScript). You will lead full-stack development initiatives, architect scalable APIs, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate directly with international clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design and implementation of robust applications using C#, .NET Core/5+, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Develop high-performance REST APIs and microservices tailored to client needs.
• Mentor a small engineering team through code reviews, architectural guidance, and best practice implementation.
• Ensure software quality via CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and production support monitoring.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience Required: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on both .NET and MERN technologies.
• Key Skills: C#, ASP.NET, Node.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL. Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.

Detailed Travel Requirement:

• The role is primarily based offshore from India (Noida/Mumbai/Pune).
• International Assignment: You will be required to travel to Germany for approximately 2–3 weeks initially for client onboarding and integration.
