Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead or Full Stack Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in the .NET and MERN Stack technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency across C#, .NET, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, combined with proven experience in full-stack development, API architecture, technical leadership, and effective client communication.

Mandatory Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead and contribute to full-stack application development leveraging the .NET + MERN Stack.
• Engineer scalable backend services, microservices, and REST APIs using C#/.NET Core and Node.js.
• Create responsive, modern frontend applications utilizing React.js and TypeScript.
• Design schemas for PostgreSQL and manage data integrity alongside other databases like MongoDB.
• Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural oversight to a small engineering team.
• Actively participate in system architecture design, code reviews, and critical technical decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with international clients and key stakeholders across time zones.
• Maintain high application quality through rigorous automated testing, CI/CD integration, monitoring dashboards, and production support protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges to deliver scalable business solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Possess 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on mastery in the .NET + MERN Stack ecosystem.
• Hold deep knowledge of technologies including C#, .NET, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record in designing and developing robust APIs/services.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development principles and software architecture patterns.
• Evidence of experience leading or mentoring small to medium-sized development teams.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills for both technical discussions and stakeholder management.
• Show strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical abilities.
• Must be willing and able to travel to Germany for 2–3 weeks upon selection for client onboarding purposes.

Travel Requirement Details:

The candidate will initially work offshore from India. The selected individual is required to relocate briefly to Germany (approximatively 2–3 weeks) specifically for the initial client onboarding phase.
