About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled software engineer to join the Data & Research Development team. In this role, you will utilize a diverse range of technologies and foster a collaborative environment with internal teams. The team is responsible for the architecture, design, development, quality, and maintenance of our next-generation platform, building enterprise-grade applications to serve a large and growing customer base. Responsibilities include translating product requirements into technical designs and implementations.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of significant experience in web development using:
• Programming Languages and Libraries: React, C#, ASP .NET MVC, .NET Core, Container platforms, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, HTML, Front End Web Development.
• Proficient database concepts and experience with SQL Server T-SQL, PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Interface Protocols & Standards: HTTP, JSON, Restful Services, MS Web API.
• Experience or exposure to GenAI/MCP tools.
• Knowledge of Frameworks and Patterns: SPA Framework, Entity Framework, WCF, MVVM, MVP.
• Experience with GraphQL, Micro Frontend, ReactJS is preferred.
• Operating Systems: Windows.
• Processes: Scaled Agile Framework, Software Engineering, Object-Oriented Software, Design Patterns, Agile Programming, Cross-browser Compatibility.
• Ability to resolve serious performance-related issues through testing, debugging, and profiling.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a client-focused, self-starter approach.
