We are seeking a skilled .NET Back-End Developer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and APIs across multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers, ensuring the creation of clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Your responsibilities will include supporting and enhancing secure, scalable systems. This is a permanent position requiring fluent English for daily communication with our Finland-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate effectively with front-end, QA, and product teams.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Support and improve secure, scalable systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-4 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong technical and development skills.
• Hands-on experience with C# .NET and SQL.
• Basic exposure to Azure.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily communication with a Finland-based team.
