Full Job Description
We are seeking a .Net Application Support Engineer to join our EMEAL Regional Operations team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. This is an L1 / Junior role within our DevOps / Platform Support team, requiring 13 years of experience, although the provided job type suggests 1-3 years. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English for daily communication and collaboration. You will be the primary point of contact for DevOps tooling support, responsible for ticket triage, categorization, and escalation. Your duties will include user guidance, monitoring dashboards and alerts, and performing basic troubleshooting using runbooks. You will escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as needed. Strong soft skills are essential, including excellent verbal communication and diction in Spanish, a customer-facing attitude, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly under pressure. Core tools knowledge includes Jira for ticket handling, Confluence for documentation, GitLab for basic CI/CD troubleshooting, Jenkins for pipeline analysis, Grafana for alert checks, SonarQube for scan interpretation, Nexus Repository for artifact access, and Matomo for availability checks.
