Enterprise, a leading mobility company specializing in fleet management services, is seeking a remote National Service Coordinator. This role is crucial in providing exceptional support to Fleet Management customers. Responsibilities include managing roadside assistance requests through vendor partners, coordinating rental vehicle setups for clients needing alternative transportation, and ensuring smooth communication between repair facilities and drivers. The ideal candidate will proactively research service delays, liaise with vendors for job status updates, and make informed decisions to best assist drivers. This position involves consulting with customer decision-makers on the vehicle repair process, relaying repair approvals, and maintaining consistent follow-up to guarantee prompt service. Regular communication with third-party vendors and Fleet drivers is essential, as is identifying and escalating customer service opportunities related to roadside assistance. The coordinator will also assist drivers with general vehicle service inquiries.
